Version v1.0 · in force 24 August 2026

We believe the value of money is fading, and that what remains valuable in the end is time, sacrifice, feeling, and the connections between people. A song locked away and sold is worth less than a song playing inside someone's day. This page is that belief put into a mechanism rather than stated as a slogan.

So use it, freely. And when you use it, that is the only road this music has to the world. Both of those are true.

What this page is

It covers all 14 tracks of Chapter One — every track on SiSiYAMATO — Journey 1 and SiSiYAMATO — Journey 1 (JP). Stems are not covered by this page and are not distributed.

The rights in this music — the songs and the recordings — belong to SiSiYAMATO to the extent that such rights exist. We have not let go of them. What we do instead is promise not to exercise them against any use that follows the conditions on this page.

Specifically: we will not file copyright complaints, DMCA takedown requests, or rights claims on any platform.

What you may do

No prior contact, no permission request. All of the following are free.

Edit freely. We will not assert our moral rights — the right to have a work left unaltered, and the right to be named — against any use that follows this page.

What we ask

Credit is not required. Use the music freely without it.

But if you do credit us, more people find us. If you feel like it, put this line somewhere:

What we ask you not to do

The people who did this before us hit real accidents. So there are six things, and only six.

  1. Uploading videos or streams whose main content is the song itself — a still image or footage with one track playing in full; music-reupload or “study BGM” channels.
  2. Redistributing or selling the audio, or any part of it, as material — standalone uploads, inclusion in sample packs or asset libraries, minting as NFTs.
  3. Uploading or distributing to music streaming services or stores (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music and the like).
  4. Registering the music with YouTube Content ID or with any collective rights management organisation (JASRAC, NexTone, or the equivalent in your country) — neither the songs themselves nor any work containing them.
  5. Misrepresenting the author or the title, claiming the music as your own, or presenting yourself as SiSiYAMATO.
  6. Using the music to attack or to incite. Content that stirs hatred or discrimination against individuals, groups, ethnicities, nationalities, faiths or sexual orientations; content promoting crime or self-harm; fraudulent solicitation.

There will not be a seventh.

If a claim arrives

SiSiYAMATO has registered no track with YouTube Content ID or any similar rights management system, and none with any collective rights management organisation. We will never file a claim against your video.

If a claim appears on a video using this music, it did not come from us. It is most likely a mistaken or a fraudulent claim by a third party. You may dispute it, citing this page.

Add the credit line above to your video description before you file the dispute.

In closing

We do not answer individual “is this use OK?” enquiries. This page is the permission. If it is not in the list above but also not among the six, go ahead.

If your company's legal team genuinely requires written correspondence, write to contact@sisiyamato.com. Please accept that replies may take time and are not guaranteed.

We publish nothing about ourselves beyond the name and the music. We cannot answer questions about anything other than the name SiSiYAMATO.

SiSiYAMATO accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of this music. Compliance with platform terms and with the laws of your country is your own judgement and responsibility.

This page carries a version number and an effective date. We may revise it, but any use that began under an earlier version continues under that version. We will not tighten conditions retroactively. Earlier versions stay on this page.

The Japanese version of this page governs; this English text is a reference translation.
